Mic’d Up Murrayville is our weekly open mic night, hosted by Shannon Lee and our house band, Porter’s Special Blend. We will also have a 40-minute set from a different featured Showcase act each week.
Play on your own or have our band back you. Just want to listen? Bring some friends and enjoy the music! We’ve got our full selection of goodies including baked treats, coffee and tea, alcoholic beverages and dinner specials.
Open mic sign-up begins at 6:00pm. The house band will kick off the evening at 6:30!

Next Thursday at MUM: Steve Sainas – our final showcase of the season!
Vancouver-born singer, guitarist, and songwriter Steve Sainas has been rocking stages for over 40 years. He built a loyal following with his blues-rock band Mud Dog, earning a Western Canadian Music Award nomination and representing BC at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, where they recorded at the legendary Sun Studio.
Steve’s solo album Simple As This blends blues and roots with introspective songwriting and earned praise for its heartfelt sound. A Juno Award-winning music educator, Steve now performs across Metro Vancouver, either solo or with his high-energy classic rock band, SST. He’ll be joined by our house band for some great covers and originals.
Don’t miss this powerhouse performer as we wrap up the MUM season at Porter’s Bistro! We’ll be back in September.
